In the Bible God gives us stories about children who loved and served Him in their childlike ways and He tells us to bring them to Him and not get in their way or hinder their faith.   Children believe, they accept, and they learn to trust – all within a short span of a few years.  We can only try to understand the mystery of the tenderness He has placed in their hearts towards Him and we need to make the most of this window of opportunity before many other things creep in that can crowd out the things of God and harden the softness they have towards Him.  

That’s why we take children’s ministry seriously at Blue Ridge Bible Church.  We know that kids grow up fast in today’s society and we want to make the most of every opportunity in encouraging their responsiveness to God and teaching them about Him.  We do this in partnership with parents and pray that our efforts together will bring up children who know and love and serve God.
